WOW: Antique Wedding Sampler Progress

I completed two more blocks for Antique Wedding Sampler by Di Ford, and a third is well on its way to completion.

First block 21
Eerst blok 21
I'm not entirely happy with the cream shape in the middle and will probably start over with that part.

Those stars were rather fiddly. I probably didn't piece them in the right sequence. I'm mostly self-taught, so just do what I think is the best possible way.

And then I finished block 9
En toen heb ik blok 9 afgemaakt

Of course I couldn't have done it without my little helper.
En natuurlijk was me dat nooit gelukt zonder mijn hulpje.

This morning we finally had some sunshine and I took a few photos of the Helebores. They are helleborus Niger.

It had rained and then the sun came out, leaving me with these pretty droplets to play with.

I hope you enjoyed my update of Antique Wedding Sampler.

Ah Ha you made it!!!!!! I checked earlier and nothing and was worried. Your blocks are lovely, such a sweet sweet wee bird in that centre and your rain drops on the flowers are just beautiful. Hugs Glenda

Anne,
Could you post a photo of the Antique Wedding Sampler quilt (or a link to a previous post) that you are working on? I have not seen anyone else working on this & would love to see the quilt.

Thanks,
Dawn BC
