WOW: Still Dear Jane & Garden Photographs

For WOW this week, I completed another block for my Dear Jane quilt, one of the burgundy/cream ones:
Voor WOW heb ik deze week weer een blokje voor mijn Dear Jane afgemaakt, een van de bordreaux-crème blokjes: 

My layout will be a Trip Around the World, with burgundy and dusky pinks, and burgundy/cream and dusky pinks/creams for contrast. This is a burgundy/cream one, which is called "B9 - Tinker Toy".
It will be in the 9th position on the second row (that is what B9 means).
Mijn indeling wordt een 'Trip Around the World", met bordeaux en oudroze, en bordeaux/crème en oudroze/crème voor contrast. Dit is een bordeaux-crème blokje, "B9 - Tinker Toy". Hij komt op de 9e plaats op de tweede rij (dat is wat B9 betekent). 

I did some more photography in the garden yesterday. First quite early to catch the dew drops on the plants and flowers:
Ik heb gisteren weer wat in de tuin gefotografeerd. Eerst vrij vroeg om de dauwdruppeltjes op de planten en bloemen te 'vangen': 

Don't the dew drops just look like pearls?
De dauwdruppeltjes zijn toch net pareltjes? 



And later in the day I had another session after it had rained for a few hours:

I have dug out some more projects to 'borrow' fabrics for my Dear Jane project. So much fun to find all the burgundy, pink and cream treasures in my stash. Since I only need small pieces for the DJ blocks (they are 4.5 inch square) I'm not wreaking too much havock on my other projects.
Ik heb weer wat projecten tevoorschijn gehaald om stofjes te 'lenen' voor mijn Dear Jane. Het is zo leuk om alle bordeaux, oudroze en crème schatten te vinden in mijn voorraad stoffen. Ik heb maar kleine stukjes nodig (de blokjes zijn ongeveer 11.5 cm in het vierkant). Ik doe de andere projecten dus niet te veel 'geweld' aan :o)
